Christmas Eve

Well I hope you are all organised and haven't forgotten anything.....but too late if you have...lol. I'm sure you can go without. Goodness...its just one day after all...lol. I think I have everything but who cares if I haven't...lol.

I always seem to leave my Christmas cards to the last minute, then I'm rushing to get them done, but I have managed to make a couple.They are all similar and easy to make. I have a lot of friends who just don't bother sending cards anymore!!! Nothing beats a handmade card though..lol. I also made one for Caitlin...

                                                                              

I made this using a Penny Black stamp called "Snowman melt your Heart". And doesn't it just...lol..

I used a Craftwork cards 8x8 card and the backing paper is DCWV.The image has been coloured with my Promarkers and I've added some glitter.....well it is Christmas!!!!

Now for my "quickie" cards...

No stamping involved with these little ones. I decided to make use of the" Dreamweavers" paste I have had for about 18 months. I did buy it intending to use it last Christmas but needless to say.....I forgot I had it ...lol.The paste has been used on black gloss card, glittered, and then matted onto white gloss card. The backing paper is some Tartan paper that has been waiting to come out of my stash drawer. To finish off I've tied it with white organza ribbon.I think it would probably look better if it was tied with black ribbon but I couldn't remember which box I had put it in...doh!!!

Now look what else I've been busy making...

They are soooo easy to make. If I had more time then I would of decorated them a lot better. The idea is a tutorial from Splitcoaststampers. They are great for filling with lovely chocolates and giving to someone as a gift.
Well that's me for another day. I'm off to order in my Chinese now and watch "Its A Wonderful Life"
