Hello again..
Its been a while since I was last on. Thats really because I havent been up to much at all but I did manage to make a couple more cards....lol.
Last night, I had a wee night out with the girls from work. My first night out for a while. We dont always get the chance to catch up in work because we are all doing different things so its nice to go out when we get the chance.
We went to a fairly new restaurant, in The Village in East Kilbride,called Zucca. Its absolutely amazing!!!! Oh... the food is gorgeous and the staff are all so friendly and attentive!!

They serve beautiful Italian food. My friend,Fiona,goes there all the time with her husband and the staff know her really well so we were getting some extra appetisers to try which were delicious.
We have booked Zucca for our Christmas night out on the 17th December and there are about 16 of us all going!! It will be a good night...I cant wait lol
Right Kerry,Annette and Elaine...we need to get our wee lunch arranged that we said we would
do.Actually...I dont think Annette knows anything about this as we decided to do it one of the days she wasn't there...lol...she will now after reading this ...lol
I've also been doing a wee bit of cake making this week.
Malteser Cake
This was so easy to make and tastes yummy. I made this one for Caitlin and I covered it with white chocolate.
And I made this one to take into work. I covered this one with white milk chocolate.Needless to say they scoffed the lot...lol.
Im going to have a go at making Rocky Road next time so will let you know how I get on with that.

Love the look of the M cake, will have to steal the recipe, just back from Wales so will catch up soon AX
ReplyDeleteYour malteser cake was delicious (or so the kids told me - lmao) and I'm definitely going to have a go at making it myself. I've been doing lots of stamping this week but think I'll need to get you to show me how to blend with promarkers. I just don't get it - doh! Still not got my elzybells order, hope it comes tomorrow.
