I have a whole week to myself now...woo hoo!!
That's Caitlin away on her trip to Pila in Italy. She left yesterday morning from the college and they are travelling by bus, so its a long drive. She called earlier today to say they had arrived safely but she is shattered because she didn't get much sleep on the coach. Its probably excitement with her, she can sleep anywhere..lol.
I haven't got much planned for this week but I do intend having a go at making some cupcakes and trying out my Cupcake Maker I bought before Christmas. Its still in the box :)
Then again, there is the painting to be started...lol
Recently I had a couple of Wedding cards to make. This is what I came up with...
I love this wedding stamp from The Greeting Farm. Its so quick and easy to colour but at the same time looks cute on your card. I have used my Promarker's on this image.
The bazzill card I have used is a kind of Aubergine colour to match the Wedding theme.
I kept the card plain so it would, hopefully, show off the colour better.
The punches used are the Lace Hearts, Lattice Hearts and the 3 Butterflies from Martha Stewart. The sentiments are stamps from Stampingallday.
The next Wedding card is for a couple who were having a Black and White theme....
The stamp I have used here is from funkykits and is a Sugar Nellie stamp called Happily Ever After.
The backing paper is from my stash and I have used Martha Stewart punches again, the Lace Heart and the 3 Butterflies. The sentiment was printed from the computer so I could personalise it with the couples names.
Unfortunately, at the time of taking this picture I hadnt finished the inside and of course I then forgot to take one..doh!!
Thats me for tonight. Will pop back later in the week
Bye for now
Ali xx
